Kindly refrain from making any payments into any purported new bank account and should you receive any such request immediately contact your regular known A-Link Freight Inc. Representative on a known contact number for your region as may be found at www.santova.com. We request that you remain vigilant and exercise caution when actioning payments to A-Link Freight Inc. as A-Link Freight Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising as a result of a payment made into a wrong account, a payment made into a new bank account not belonging to A-Link Freight Inc., a fraudulent scam, or as a result of any other cyber crime.
Rates, Quotations and Estimates
Please note that all rates/quotations/estimates quoted are based on current conditions and tariffs in place, are subject to space availability and may change without prior notice. Although A-Link Freight Inc. makes reasonable efforts to obtain reliable information from third parties, A-Link Freight Inc. cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information in quotes/estimates. All rates and charges are subject to change without notice. A-Link Freight Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused by the use of any quote/estimate or reliance on its rates, charges and information. Sea freight quotes/estimates and all sea freight business is conducted strictly in terms of the A-Link Freight Inc Combined Transport Bill of Lading (Sea Freight) Terms and Conditions. Airfreight quotes/estimates and all airfreight business is conducted strictly in terms of the A-Link Freight Inc Conditions of Contract (Airfreight). No amendment to either of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless reduced to writing and signed by a director and a member of the Santova Limited Executive Committee. E&OE.
Standard Terms of Contract
All sea freight business is undertaken subject to the A-Link Freight Inc Combined Transport Bill of Lading (Sea Freight) Terms and Conditions. All airfreight business is undertaken subject to the A-Link Freight Inc Conditions of Contract (Airfreight). A copy of both of these Terms and Conditions is available on request or via our website at https://www.santova.com/united-states. No amendment to either of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless reduced to writing and signed by a director and a member of the Santova Limited Executive Committee. “Signed” for the purpose of this clause shall mean a signature executed by hand with a pen and without any electronic process or intervention by the Customer, a Director and/or a member of the Santova Limited Executive Committee. A-Link Freight Inc. is not a merchant and does not act as a merchant under any circumstances. A-Link Freight Inc. acts as a merchant’s agent in all business undertaken. E&EO.

A-Link Freight Inc. respects your privacy and confirms any email correspondence may contain personal details, belonging to you, others and/or to your company (“Personal Information”). By corresponding further with A-Link Freight Inc., you expressly give consent to A-Link Freight Inc. to process and further process the Personal Information as may be contained in this communication.
